OUR STORY
a different kind of gc.
built that way on purpose.
Volteo didn't come from a corporate rebrand. It was built deliberately by two women who decided the industry needed something better.
WHERE IT STARTED
Volteo Building Company was founded on a clear-eyed view of what clients actually need from a GC and consultant: a team that is engaged, accountable, and easy to work with from start to finish.
Krystle and DaLila brought 25+ years of combined experience across government, aviation, hospitality, healthcare, retail, and education and built a company that reflects how they believe construction should be delivered.
We built it because it needed to exist.
We're not here to be the biggest GC in Orlando. We're here to be the one our clients actually want to call back.
Volteo is based in Orlando and serves the broader Central Florida market — Orange, Seminole, Osceola, and Lake counties, plus the full I-4 corridor. We know the permit offices, the trades, and we know how to get things built here.
THE FOUNDERS
Built by people who’ve done this before.
Between them, Krystle and DaLila have 25+ years of construction and project management experience across some of the most complex, high-profile projects in the country.
Krystle Goodridge
Krystle Goodridge is the CEO of Volteo Building Company, an Orlando-based commercial construction and project management firm. She brings over 15 years of construction leadership across some of the most technically demanding projects in the country — government, aviation, hospitality, industrial, and education. Krystle runs day-to-day operations with a focus on delivery, client relationships, and team accountability.
Her career includes work on the Marriott Marquis in Washington, D.C. — a 17-story, 1.2m SF hotel and the first top-down construction project ever completed in the district, the Pentagon Renovation (Wedges 2–5), the Historic Grand Avenue Neighborhood Center, and the South Airport APM Complex at MCO, Florida's first LEEDv4-certified building.
Krystle holds a Licensed CGC from the State of Florida and an OSHA-30 certification. She has built her reputation working alongside some of the most respected general contractors and owners in the industry, and launched Volteo to bring that level of experience directly to clients — without the layers that typically come with it.
Outside of construction, she serves as Vice Chair of Parramore Mainstreet, a role she took on in 2025 to support economic development and small business growth in one of Orlando's most historically significant neighborhoods.
DaLila Goodridge
DaLila Goodridge is the Co-Founder & Principal of Volteo. With over a decade of experience spanning project management, owner’s representation, and construction, she brings a rare balance of strategic oversight and real-world execution to every assignment.
DaLila’s distinguished career is marked by leadership on major projects for nationally recognized clients and brands. Her experience includes managing remodel programs for Bloomin’ Brands, Inc., including Outback Steakhouse, Carrabba’s, and Fleming’s locations across the country, as well as work on CoxHealth Women’s and Children’s Hospital, renovations to the Orlando World Center Marriott, and the South Airport APM Complex at MCO. While her work spans multiple sectors, her strongest expertise is in retail, hospitality, medical office, and corporate interiors.
She launched Volteo to bring a more integrated, client-centered approach to project delivery one that combines strong project leadership with a deep understanding of design, construction, and field execution. DaLila holds a degree in Interior Design and Construction Management from Missouri State University, a background that continues to shape the way she approaches projects with both creativity and technical precision.
Beyond her work, DaLila is deeply committed to leadership and service within her industry and community. She serves on the Board of Directors for CREW Orlando as Co-Director of Programs, has been a CREW member since 2021, and was recognized with the organization’s Entrepreneurial Spirit Award in 2023. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the Joe R. Lee Boys & Girls Club in Eatonville, where she has been involved since 2020. She is also a proud member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc.
